4.Any type of jewelry service such as rhodium, enamel work, lamination, diamond, color and repolis will take 15 to 20 (working days) and every small / large service will be chargeable.

6.The jewelry should not be taken back even if there is any breakdown of the jewelry, chemical stains and tampering of any kind, which the customer should take special care of.

7.The jewelry will not be returned after the customer buys the item, if the jewelry is to be returned, 35% of the payment will be returned as per rules, the customer should pay special attention to it.

8.Special note: - Please make a video while taking the parcel or courier, which will be easy for you. If any type of jewelry is broken during delivery, it will be valid only if there is video proof.

9.goods sold will not be returned under any circumstances without a bill.

10.Note: - When returning our jewelery, the bill must be brought along with the jewelery and the payment will be made within 3 to 5 (working days) and the customer will have to come to the shop in person to collect the payment or (NEFT).
